Baumit GranoporTop Synthetic Resin Finish K1.5 Render – 25kg

This Baumit GranoporTop K1.5 has a 1.5mm grain size and ensures a fine finish on a range of external surface types. Its unique properties offer superior protection and scratch or dragged decorative properties on suitably prepared surfaces. It is a ready-mixed wet topcoat for external use.

Readily mixed and applicable by hand or spraying machine, this Baumit GranoporTop is weather-resistant, water-repellent and permeable as well as impact and scratch-resistant. It is perfectly suited for high-traffic areas or when a tough, hard-wearing yet fine finish is required.

This Baumit GranoporTop requires surface preparation with Baumit UniPrimer before application. It should be mixed slowly and steadily and should not be coloured or mixed with other products. You can add water (maximum 1%) to ease application. Allow fourteen days between additional coatings.

As a wet topcoat, this Baumit GranoporTop has been formulated to offer maximum resistance to weather and use while also being easy to apply. Suitable for a range of prepared surface types, including compatible basecoats, lime and cement render, mineral paints and coatings and gypsum plaster, it is very flexible for external use.
