Baumit MP 69 is a lightweight lime-cement render for internal or external use. Ideal as a basecoat or topcoat, this product works equally well in either situation. As a basecoat, it contributes to thermal efficiency as part of an overall building insulation system. As a plain finish topcoat, Baumit MP 69 contributes to both a nice finish and thermal efficiency.

Baumit MP 69 is factory prepared dry powder lime-cement render. It includes mineral aggregates and can be applied by hand or machine depending on your needs. With a thermal conductivity rating of 0.44 W/mk, this lightweight mortar is a flexible product suitable for multiple surface types.

Typical use of Baumit MP 69

Baumit MP 69 can be applied directly to prepared substrates by hand or machine. Surfaces should be clean and free from debris. High suction surfaces should be sprayed with water before application.

Baumit MP 69 should be mixed with clean water with an electric mixer. As a basecoat render, the product may require one or two passes and should be given 24 hours per 1mm thickness for drying. As a topcoat render, Baumit MP 69 should be applied onto a basecoat and smoothed to a thickness of 3mm.
