Baumit SilikonTop Fine Silicone Resin Based Render – 25kg

With up to 1mm grain size, this Baumit SilikonTop Fine is a ready-to-use wet topcoat render suitable for external use. Due to its superior protection, it is ideal for exposed or high-traffic areas susceptible to weather or harsh conditions. It is both highly water-repellent and permeable, making it the perfect surface to cope with the British weather.

Suitable for external wall insulation with appropriate preparation, this Baumit SilikonTop Fine is compatible with gypsum plasters, organic basecoats, cement and lime render and a variety of other surfaces.
