With a resealable 10kg tub, Blowerproof’s Liquid Roller/Spray is an exceptional and environmentally friendly solution for achieving airtightness in buildings, whether for new constructions or retrofits. This water-based product is VOC-free and offers superior insulation quality.

The application process is straightforward and eliminates the possibility of mistakes and waste. Its versatility allows it to seal blockwork, masonry, and concrete, and it can even be applied to moist surfaces. Additionally, it can be covered with plaster, render, or paint and is applied using either a roller or spray method without any primer required.

This product boasts reliable adhesion, making it suitable for walls and ceilings in large areas. For highly porous surfaces, coverage should be up to 1kg per m², while smooth and non-porous surfaces require up to 750g per m².

Once dry, the blue colour will transform into black so that you can tell the difference. Prior to using a roller or spray, you can seal penetrations and connections by ‘cutting in’ with a Blowerproof Liquid Brush. To achieve a long-lasting and flexible airtight layer, use the Blowerproof Non-Shrink Gap Filling Mortar to fill large gaps and holes.

Installation

• The liquid roller/spray is applied directly to the surface with no primer. This makes it perfect for quick and simple application with minimal wastage. How it works is the blue colour will change to black once it dries for easier identification throughout the process. When dealing with penetrations and connections, you can seal these before roller/spray application. Do so by ‘cutting in’ with a Blowerproof Liquid Brush. The more significant gaps and holes can be plugged using the Blowerproof Non-Shrink Gap Filling Mortar to ensure a permanent and flexible airtight layer.
