• All orders are delivered via a tail lift and unloaded kerbside only to every address. Each bag is sent on a pallet and access at the delivery point needs to be wide enough for a wagon.
• All weights at the time of delivery will be checked to weigh between 850kg and 950kg. It may be possible that the weights alter up to point of delivery due to moisture content.
• This item is non-returnable due to being Special Order, Made to Measure or for hygiene reasons. Your statutory rights are not affected.
