Fakro Thermo 3 Section Wooden Loft Ladder 2.8m Length

This energy efficient LTK Thermo 3-section folding loft ladder has been specially designed with insulation in mind to maximise thermal efficiency and reduce heat loss into the attic. This premium quality wooden loft ladder has a 66mm thick hatch which is filled with insulating material.

They can be used in buildings where there is a big temperature difference between the habitable and non-habitable area. They create a thermo-insulating barrier and prevent heat loss into the loft.

The red-painted metal handrail is mounted on the ladder’s angle brackets, and the ladder has pre-cut grooves to provide slip resistance and makes climbing the ladder easier. The brown stile ends, mounted on the ladder feet, enhance the beauty, protect the floor and increase the ladder’s stability.

Satisfies the requirements of EN 14975 and the highest class of tightness 4K in accordance with EN 12207.
