Glidevale AH4 Push Up Loft Hatch – 680mm X 520mm

Constructed from injection-moulded polypropylene under BS EN ISO 9001 and designed to open with a push-up motion, Glidevale AH4 loft hatches comply with the loft hatch specifications set out in Building Regulations Approved Documents L and C. As a result, they are certified to deliver superior performance.

Equipped with a complete loft hatch system that effectively seals to the ceiling, the hatch is thermally insulated and maintains loft or ceiling insulation, in turn reducing heat loss. Furthermore, the seals in the system help to minimise the chance of condensation by limiting the amount of water vapour migration.
