Glidevale AH5 Hinge Drop Down Loft Hatch – 600mm X 520mm

This Glidevale AH5 loft hatch is hinged to drop down from the ceiling. It features twin latches that hold the hatch in place and two hinges that operate the opening mechanism. Made from injection-moulded polypropylene, it offers 0.66 W/m²K due to the insulated loft hatch.

The hatch is made under BS EN ISO 9001 to meet the demands for the requirements of loft hatches, outlined in Building Regulations Approved Documents L and C. This ensures that Glidevale AH5 loft hatches are certified for high performance, as well as proven to minimise heat loss and the risk of condensation.
