To meet relevant uValue requirements, you can apply a chipboard wearing layer over them. Not only are they durable and rot-resistant but they are also flood-proof, delivering a long-lasting solution for your building.

Made from lightweight expanded polystyrene (EPS), this Jabfloor insulation is easy to handle on site and can be used in a variety of subfloor constructions, such as below ground supported slab, chipboard, screed and suspended timber or concrete floors.

For solid ground floors, fire resistance is not necessary. When installed correctly, this EPS Jabfloor insulation will be completely protected by the chipboard and will not affect the fire performance of your floor.

• This Jabfloor building grade insulation material may not appear completely white in colour.
• For domestic floors, Jabfloor 70 is an ideal option while higher grades of Jabfloor, up to Jabfloor 250, are available for specialised commercial and industrial applications.
