The ROCKWOOL RW Slab range features semi-rigid and rigid high-quality resin-bonded slabs that are lightweight and easy to cut to shape. They are suitable for general building applications, come in numerous thicknesses and densities, and are CE marked to EN 13162.

Lacking the need for maintenance post-installation, these slabs deliver excellent thermal, acoustic, and fire insulation without breaking the bank. Slabs are also water-repellent and durable.

Designed to reduce noise in two ways, ROCKWOOL stone wool products impede sound transmission through a structural element or allow for sound absorption at the surface. Structures have characteristically high coefficients over a broad range of frequencies, in turn making them great sound absorbers.

All products obtain A1 classifications to BS EN 13501-1, despite being un-faced or having surfaces (one or both) equipped with aluminium foil or glass fleeces. As a result, they follow requirements of non-combustible materials/products in accordance with UK and Ireland Building Regulations.
