A green alternative to other insulation solutions, Thermafleece’s NatraHemp is a medium-density insulation rich in home-grown hemp fibres. It is a safe, efficient and durable alternative when plant fibre is the preferred choice. Designed to fit securely between rafters, studs and joists while providing superb thermal insulation performance, Thermafleece NatraHemp can also provide a good level of acoustic insulation (density of 28 kg/m³) in various systems.
Suitable for various applications including lofts and warm roofs, timber frames and interior solid walls and between floors and suspended ground floors.

Made from environmentally friendly, fast-growing natural hemp, this low-impact crop produces fine fibres that make it a suitable insulating material. It is harmless to handle and can be installed without the need for gloves or protective clothing. If you need to cut the slabs to size, Thermafleece NatraHemp can be cut using a straight edge and a sharp-bladed Stanley knife or simply tearing it apart.
