General Instructions
- Lightly sand with P240 grit abrasive paper (recommended) along the grain of the substrate and round sharp edges to 2-3mm radius. Remove rust and ensure surfaces are clean and dry. Stir and apply coats with a quality synthetic fibre brush, working along the grain and reloading frequently for an adequate build. Employ the full coating schedule (base coat, top coat, end sealer) before installation or exposure to elements. Denib between coats with P240 grit paper, avoiding surface damage to the coating system. Dust should not be present when the next coat is applied.
